Signed Exports

Export the record with the context reviewers need.

Signed exports are trust artifacts for evidence-sensitive workflows. They are designed to package record metadata, attachments, audit history, review decisions, custody events, and hash context into a defensible bundle.

What an export should include

A defensible export should make it clear what record is being reviewed, who acted, what changed, which evidence was attached, what review decisions were made, and how the bundle can be checked later.

  • Record metadata
  • Attachments
  • Audit trail
  • Review history
  • Custody events
  • Hash manifest
  • Signature/checksum verification

Verification limits

Cryptographic hashes can help detect tampering in canonicalized records and linked history. They do not prove scientific truth, workflow completeness, or compliance by themselves.

Redacted example export

A redacted example export shape is available for security and workflow review. It is illustrative only and does not represent a customer record, production signature, or compliance certification.
