Getting Started for Operators
Set up your first workspace, confirm access, and find the core beta workflows.
Use this checklist after your workspace invitation is accepted. It keeps the first session focused on access, workspace context, and the supported beta surfaces.
Confirm access
Sign in with email OTP, add TOTP MFA when prompted, and save recovery codes in your password manager.
Check workspace
Review dashboard context, organization name, role, and any onboarding recovery action.
Start with green paths
Inventory, notebook, SOPs, cases, samples, custody, procurement, and metrology are the supported beta paths.
- Open Dashboard and confirm the active organization shown in the shell.
- Open Settings and verify your name, email, MFA status, and notification preferences.
- Open Inventory and create or review the first location before adding items.
- Open Notebook and create a short test entry for your own workspace procedures.
- Use Support or the auth recovery pages if any access step fails.
Beta scope
VECTOR telemetry, INTERLOCK hardware actions, passkeys, OpenAI realtime voice, and automatic instrument ingestion are experimental unless your workspace has a written rollout plan for them.
