Exporting Data
Download your data in open formats and review digital signatures for evidence packages.
TARE supports export paths for scoped records so teams can review, migrate, and preserve workflow context outside the application.
Export Formats
- JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
Full fidelity dump of all database records. Best for backups or migration to other systems.
- CSV (Comma Separated Values)
Tabular data for inventory lists and experiment summaries. Opens in Excel.
- PDF (Portable Document Format)
Digitally signed reports for review packages. Contains audit trails and timestamps.
Verifying Signatures
Our PDF exports are signed with a cryptographic key. You can open any TARE PDF in Adobe Acrobat, and the "Signature Panel" will confirm that the document has not been tampered with since generation.
How to Export
- Navigate to Settings > Data Management.
- Select your desired format and date range.
- Click Generate Export.
- You will receive an email with a secure download link when the file is ready.
